Franchising has been the foundation of my entire career. I started as a kid working for a franchisee where I was introduced to the daily struggles of small business owners. When I went on to work for a large corporate franchisor, I learned a ton about consistency and brand protection. I saw a lot of programs out there that didn’t quite fit the needs for most franchisees, especially when it came to insurance. That’s been my driving force with Gallagher Franchise Solutions, where I consider myself a franchise-ist. I take a lot of pride in what we’ve created for the franchising industry because I know we’re providing real value. Our clients can sleep better at night knowing they can rely on us to find them the right coverage at the best price. When I’m not busy being a franchise-ist, I love spending time with my family and watching any one of my three sons playing baseball.

I lead a team of insurance sales executives who specialize in small businesses who are franchised or part of an association. We advise small business owners on the insurance that best fits their business needs and meets the requirements of their franchise agreement. My role is continuously inspiring because I get to work with all kinds of franchisees and build long-lasting relationships as I help them along their entrepreneurial journey. I love learning what makes each franchisee's experience unique in order to provide a personalized insurance experience, while protecting their most valuable investment.

My favorite movie is Halloween, the original old-school version from 1978. I also enjoy music by Taylor Swift and immersing myself in a true crime novel or binge-watching an exciting television series with a glass of wine.
